Characteristics
Pale in hue with a greenish tinge, fine, persistent bubbles and good mousse. Full, fruity and intensely flavoured, this is a nicely integrated wine.

Winemaking
Hand-harvested, whole-cluster pressed and fermented at low temperatures, this result in excellent base wines which are subsequently blended as required. Tirage and bottle ageing -for as long as it takes to harmonize the varietal characteristics with the resulting flavours coming from bottle fermentation being carried out in our Tiana cellars.
