Brut Nature

Characteristics
Very pale in hue with a greenish tinge, fine, persistent bubbles and good mousse. Delicate and individual aroma with marked Pansa Blanca characteristics. Fresh, light, well-balanced, and decidedly dry.

Winemaking
Our grapes are hand-harvested, whole-cluster pressed and fermented at low temperatures, resulting in excellent base wines which are subsequently blended as required. Tirage and bottle ageing of at least 2 years over lees are effected in our Tiana cellars; and the dosage applied has no sugar whatsoever, such that this is an authentic, bone-dry Brut Nature
