Pale in hue with a greenish tinge, fine, racy, persistent bubbles and good mousse. Delicately aromatic, with the marked presence of Pansa Blanca. Rich and full with its own personality.

Hand-harvested, whole-cluster pressed and fermented at low temperatures, this results in excellent base wines which are subsequently blended as required. Tirage and bottle ageing of at least 3 years.
