
Very pale in hue with a greenish tinge, fine, persistent bubbles and good mousse. Richly aromatic, intense and fruity. Well-balanced and agreeably rounded on the palate.

Hand-harvested, whole-cluster pressed and fermented at low temperatures, this results in excellent base wines which are subsequently blended as required. Tirage and bottle ageing for as long as it takes to harmonize the varietal characteristics with the resulting flavours coming from bottle fermentation being carried out in our Tiana cellars.
